Improving our communities goes hand in hand with safeguarding our surroundings. We believe that to invest in our
future means that we should invest in our world.
For us the environment is a key issue to be tackled. This is why we have made positive moves to reduce the impact that we have on the environment. After establishing a Green Team within Working Links, we have managed to encourage even more environmental changes across the organisation.

In the last year 27 of our offices have switched to renewable green electricity. We’ve recycled more than 55 tonnes
of paper and we’ve increased the amount of environmentally friendly items purchased by 24 per cent.
And that is why this year we have produced our Annual Review in a slightly different way. Instead of creating reams of pages, we’ve given you a flavour of our work in a small booklet and produced a comprehensive Annual Review online.
