Welcome to our Annual Review 2008. It’s been quite a year for us. And it’s all
tied together here in our online report.
We’re very proud of what we’ve achieved during the last year. We’ve made significant strides forward as we extended
our services and won new business. And it was a year that we helped 15,000 people change their lives by helping them
gain a job.

We’re not an organisation to sit still. We strive to be innovative and ahead of the field. This is why this year
we have produced our Annual Review in a slightly different way.
Instead of printing out hefty tomes of pages for you to wade through, we’ve created a much more reader-friendly
(and nicer for the environment) version. There’s a short booklet produced on recycled material for those who prefer
traditional reports. But for those who love statistics and greater detail, it’s all tied in together here in this online version.
